I had the pleasure of both buying *and* selling with Al. He had a lot of tricks up his sleeve in making our offer attractive to sellers and in marketing our existing property. Having done our best to execute on his advice, we only needed to make two offers to get one accepted in a highly competitive market, and got a knock-out offer on our existing property a month later while the market was rapidly cooling. Would work with him again in a heartbeat.
My experience with Al Uyeno was very professional as he presented his overall programing and his expectations. I interviewed 3 realtors and made the correct decision. AL displayed a very good working knowledge of the real estate industry along with the possible buyers, selling the property and title company procedures. The preparation process on the home improvements using his recommendation and his people was a god sent. He completely outlined the suggested changes allowing me to work within my home improvement budget. This permitted him to stage the home and present the maximum impact of the condominium lay out to potential buyers. His ongoing step by step communication, attacking possible problems with solutions that needed to be addressed and the progress was very well received. I knew exactly what was happening or what I had to do. The marketing program (open houses, posting brochures and website) was creative and impressive which generated lots of traffic for multiple viewing.
