My husband and I wanted to sell out home within a short time frame. Though it was not the ideal situation, he listened to us and quickly assessed what needed to be done and made recommendations. There were multiple delays due to the complexity of the government agency and shutdowns for various government holidays. He kept in contact with the other agent and the lender and calmed us down through the stressful wait. In the end it was all worth it and it was all due to his expert touch and willingness to put in the extra effort to make it come together. To be honest through the process I had doubts that it would work --but Al came through with flying colors. I would recommend him to all. He will work HARDER than anyone for you!
